TAG Solutions (USA) Ltd is committed to providing our candidates, clients, customers, and team members with
exceptional service. As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal
information about our candidates, clients, customers, and team members, protecting their personal information is
one of our highest priorities.

This Privacy Policy outlines the principles and practices we will follow in protecting candidates’, clients’,
customers’, and team members’ personal information. Our privacy commitment includes ensuring the accuracy,
confidentiality, and security of our candidates’, clients’, customers’, and team members’ personal information and
allowing our candidates, clients, customers, and team members to request access to, and correction of, their
personal information.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we collect, use and disclose personal information

services offered online through the Website (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy relates to all of our activities,
unless we have provided you with a separate privacy policy for a particular product, service or activity.

This Privacy Policy applies to TAG Solutions (USA) Ltd and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Common
Good Social Entrepreneurs, and High Potential Recruiting.

This policy also applies to any service providers collecting, using or disclosing personal information on behalf of
TAG Solutions (USA) Ltd.

Definitions

Personal Information – means information about an identifiable individual which may include, but is not limited
to, legal name, age, gender, home address, personal email address, personal phone number, social insurance
number, marital status, religion, income, credit history, medical information, education, and/or employment
information, etc. Personal information does not include business contact information per the defined below, or
information where there is no serious possibility that it can be used to identify an individual, whether on its own or
in combination with other information, or personal information that has been anonymized or aggregated such as
to be considered anonymized information or no longer personal information under applicable laws. .

Contact information – means information that would enable an individual to be contacted at a place of business
and includes name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or
business fax number. Contact information is not covered by this policy.

Privacy Officer – means the individual designated responsibility for ensuring that TAG Solutions (USA) Ltd
complies with this policy.

Your Consent to Collection, Use and Disclosure

The primary basis on which we collect, use and disclose your personal information is with your consent, unless
otherwise permitted or required by law. How we obtain your consent will depend on the circumstances, as well

We will only collect candidates, clients, customers, and team members information that is necessary to fulfill

  • To identify client, customer, candidate, team member preferences;
  • To understand the sales, hiring, or business needs of our candidates, clients, customers, or team
    members;
  • To open and manage an account;
  • To deliver requested products and services
  • To guarantee a travel or hotel reservation;
  • To provide business consulting services;
  • To enrol the client in a program;
  • To send out association membership information;
  • To contact our candidates, clients, customers, or team members for fundraising;
  • To ensure a high standard of service to our candidates, clients, customers, or team members; and
  • To meet regulatory requirements.

Using and Disclosing Personal Information

We may use or disclose candidates’, clients’, customers’, and team members’ personal information where
necessary to fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection, to comply with our contractual obligations, and
to support our legitimate interests in maintaining, improving and advertising the Services. Below are the specific
purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.

  • To conduct candidate, client, customer, team member surveys in order to enhance the provision of
    our services;
  • To contact our candidates, clients, customers, team members directly about products and services
    that may be of interest;
  • to collect opinions and comments in regard to our Services;
  • to respond to inquiries and other requests; and
  • to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, where applicable.

We may use your personal information and other information for purposes for which we have obtained your
consent, and for such other purposes as may be permitted or required by applicable law.
We will not sell candidates’, clients’, customers’, and team members’ lists or personal information to other parties.

Sharing with Third Parties

We may share your personal information with third party service providers who perform some functionality within
the Website and Services on our behalf, such as customer service, technical support, hosting, data storage and
processing, and research and analytics. We may also share your information with third party service providers
who provide products and services that we use to operate our business, such as payment processing, email
services, marketing campaigns, job applications and alerts, employee management, surveys and contests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any
third parties.

If we provide your information to service providers for our provision of the Services, then we require that service
providers maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and keep your personal information secure.
We also require that they only use your personal information for the limited purposes for which it is provided.
When our service providers no longer need your personal information for those limited purposes, we require that
they dispose of the personal information. In some circumstances, we may permit our service providers to retain
anonymized or statistical information that does not identify you. We do not authorize the service providers to
disclose your personal information to unauthorized parties or to use your personal information for their direct

Opting Out of Communications

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out of receiving marketing-related
emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You may also opt out by

We will endeavour to respond to your opt-out request promptly, but we ask that you please allow us a
reasonable time to process your request. Please note that if you opt out from receiving marketing-related
emails, we may still need to send you communications about your use of our products or services, or other
matters.

Cookies, Targeting and Analytics

We and our third-party providers use cookies, clear GIFs/pixel tags, JavaScript, local storage, log files, APIs and
other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your browsing activities, and use of the
Services, device and similar information within our Services and to target advertising and content across our
Services and third-party sites and services. We may combine this “usage data” with other personal information
we collect about you. We use this usage data to understand how our Services are used, track and resolve bugs
and errors, provide, optimize and improve our performance of the Services, verify account credentials, allow
logins, track sessions, prevent fraud, and protect our Services, as well as for targeted marketing and advertising,

Cookies. When you visit our Sites, we or one of our third-party service providers may place a text file called a
“cookie” in the browser directory of your computer’s hard drive. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that is
transferred to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. The cookie
cannot be read by any website other than the one that placed the cookie.

clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use pixel tags, in connection with our services to,
among other things, help us manage ads and content, and compile statistics about usage of our services. We

our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.

Third-Party Analytics and Tools. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by
third party companies. These third-party analytics companies may collect usage data (using cookies, pixels and
similar tools) about our Services in order to provide us with reports and metrics that help us to evaluate usage of

Targeted Advertising. We work with third parties, such as ad networks, channel partners, mobile ad networks,
analytics and measurement services and others (“Third-Party Ad Companies”) to personalize content and
display advertising within our Services, as well as to manage our advertising on third-party sites, mobile apps
and online services. We may share certain information with these Third-Party Ad Companies, and we and them
may use cookies, pixels tags, and other tools to collect usage and browsing information within our Services, as
well as on third-party sites, apps and services, such as IP address, location information, device ID, cookie and
advertising IDs, and other identifiers, as well as browsing information. We and these third-party ad companies
use this information to provide you more relevant ads and content within our Services and on third-party sites
and apps, and to evaluate the success of such ads and content.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

We make available several ways for you to manage your preferences regarding targeted advertising, matching
and cookies within our Services. Many of these are browser and device specific, which means that you need to

    Opting out of participating ad networks does not opt you out of being served advertising. You may continue to
    receive generic or “contextual” ads on our Sites. You may also continue to receive targeted ads on other Sites,

Retaining Personal Information

We will maintain your personal information for as long as they are needed, or as required by applicable laws,
regulations, or government orders. After the relevant amount of time has passed, we will delete your information.
The general retention periods for data that we hold are as follows.

  • Customer Data: We retain Customer Data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable time
    after account termination. We will retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal
    obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to support business operations.
  • Services Improvement and Development: Where we retain information for Service improvement and
    development, we take steps to make that information non-personal, non-identifiable and anonymous. We
    only use this information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, and not to
    specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.
  • Information you share on the Services: If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your
    information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow your team members or other
    users to make full use of the Services.
  • Managed accounts: If the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., your
    employer), we retain your information as long as required by the administrator of your account.
  • Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information
    about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed
    interest in our Services, such as when you last opened an email from us. We retain information derived
    from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such
    information was created.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

to the customer directly.

Where applicable, you may be entitled to additional rights, including: (i) the right to withdraw consent to
processing; (ii) the right to object to unlawful data processing, under certain conditions; (iii) the right to erasure of
personal information about you, under certain conditions; (iv) the right to demand that we restrict processing of
your personal information, under certain conditions, if you believe we have exceeded the legitimate basis for
processing, processing is no longer necessary, or believe your personal information is inaccurate; (v) the right to
data portability of personal information concerning you that you provided us in a structured, commonly used, and
machine-readable format, under certain conditions; (vi) the right to object to decisions being taken by automated
means which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, under certain conditions.

Please note that such rights are not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory
requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the personal data that we hold about you. In
the event that we cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal
or regulatory restrictions.

When you exercise your right to deletion of your personal information, we will delete your personal information,
subject to some instances where your personal information will be maintained for us to fulfill our obligations
under contract to our customers. This information includes historical posts and content contained within
Customer Data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection or privacy authority, such as the
Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

We may require that you provide sufficient identification to fulfill your request to access or correct your personal
information. Any such identifying information will be used only for this purpose. We will not charge you any fees
to access your personal information in our records without first providing you with an estimate of the approximate
fees, if any.

International Transfer and Storage of Information

Personal information may be processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage third party
service providers to fulfil the purpose for which we collected the personal information. As a result, your personal
information may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data

The Privacy Policy applies only to our products and services. The Privacy Policy does not extend to any
websites or products or services provided by third parties. We do not assume responsibility for the privacy
practices of such third parties, and we encourage you to review all third party privacy policies prior to using third
party websites or products or services.

Children’s Information

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 16 should not use our
website. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without
verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from
or about a child under 16 without the consent of their parent or legal guardian, please contact us per the “contact
us” section below.

Privacy Policy Updates

The Privacy Policy is current as of the “updated” date which appears at the top of this page. We may modify this
privacy policy from time to time. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy they will become immediately
effective when published in a revised privacy policy posted on our website, unless otherwise noted. We may
also communicate the changes through our Services or by other means. By submitting your personal
information to us, by registering for or using any of the Services we offer, by using our Website, or by voluntarily

This Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who
reside in the United States. We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended
by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy
Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, or the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and any similar such applicable Act that may be
amended from time to time (collectively, “US Consumer Privacy Laws”). Any terms defined in those laws have the
same meaning when used in this Notice.

The personal information that we may collect, or may have collected from consumers in the preceding twelve
months, fall into the following categories, depending on how you engage with Us:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, alias, address, phone numbers, or IP address;
  • characteristics of protected classifications under US State or US federal law, such as age or gender;
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, including browsing history, search history, and
    information regarding your interaction with the Services;

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as that term is defined within US Consumer Privacy Laws.

We have used or disclosed the personal information collected within the preceding twelve months in accordance
with our Privacy Policy.

No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell Personal Information for monetary or other value. In the preceding twelve months, we have not sold
any Personal Information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the US Consumer Privacy Laws. We
have shared Personal Information as noted in the “Sharing” section above, within the preceding 12 months.
No Discrimination.
We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the US
Consumer Privacy Laws.
